Love in Wartime
Thus far, I have shared advice, articles, and ideas pertaining to modern military and long-distance relationships. But, I thought it would be fun to take a look at some love stories that took place in the past; WWII specifically. In one of the most tumultuous times in our world's history, these brave couples found love despite all odds. Take a look at these inspiring stories, and maybe they will give you hope in your own personal love story.

This, to me, proves that love can be timeless. Even back then during WWII when there were so many obstacles for couples to endure, love was still completely possible. Comparing that time period to today, couples have it much easier now. There is so much technology and ways to "be together" even when you're far apart. People should really be grateful for that.

ReplyDeleteIt would be so difficult to be in a relationship and not know if your loved one will return home to you. I would savor every second with them!
